No manufacturing fault or defect is present; and/orNo fault is found with the product; and/or
The report issue was caused by incorrect installation; and/or
The product has not been installed, used, or maintained in accordance with the instructions and guidelines outlined in the user manual; and/or
The issue i caused by environmental, external, or site-related factors outside the control of LG.

This agreement does not exclude any rights you have under the sconsumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").
